Gorgeous, finely crafted objects that exude a calm, familiar and reassuring presence.
Joe's biomorphic designs draw on forms found in the natural world. The lithe, athletic lines of a deer and its antlers, the other worldly tentacles and gills of a jellyfish, a bulb's swelling form, the slender boughs of a coppiced hazel - translated into furniture through a deep understanding of timber's grain, tension and flexibility. Structural elements taper, curve and gather with an organic logic and call to be touched.
